Meet Zac

"When Zac isn’t trying to steal all of Justin’s hats, he also enjoys writing music and leading worship. From an early age, Zac had a love for music and the church. Growing up as a pastor’s kid, Zac was always inside church walls, singing in choirs, playing guitar too loud, generally being what people would say is “a lot.” And even then, Zac knew he wanted to fill the walls with music the body of Christ could sing."

"Zac began writing music in high school. In college, he’d put his love for serving the church and song writing to good use with his first band. They were just okay. But that time grew Zac’s love for creating music that could encourage people and connect them more personally to an awesome God. When Zac finished college and began serving and leading at his home church, he began dreaming of writing music for his family to sing along to and could reflect what God was doing in life of His people."

"Apart from being one half of the world’s coolest worship duo, Zac is a program director at a local teen center called the Rowland Arts Center. He also serves at his home church in Kentucky, Calvary Christian Church, as one of the youth pastors whose students help inspire the songs that KIR creates."
